ABOUT
YOUR PERFORMANCE
INSTITUTION
The Performance Club is a members club with the mission of enhancing the well-being, mental health, and performance of our members. A unique club, the first of its kind, bridging the gap between professional development and mental health whilst providing a space for people to connect and thrive. At the heart of The Performance Club, is our world-class Performance Enhancement Programme of events which will help shape the working professional of the future.

OUR ETHOS
PERFORMANCE ENHANCEMENT
Utilising expertise from a range of disciplines, including leadership, psychology, and neuroscience, the ethos behind our Performance Enhancement Program is the recognition that performance is affected by more than just the workplace. We will deliver multidimensional programmes that will enable working professionals to continue to learn to manage facets of their lives more effectively, resulting in significantly enhanced performance, health, and happiness.
In 2019 we will deliver our revolutionary Performance Enhancement Programme on a monthly basis hosted by our corporate partners. Available to all, these programmes will enhance working professionals’ performance and mental-health by increasing self-efficacy. We recognise that in order to deliver a first-class educational suite, we need to combine both professional and clinical knowledge and utilise evidence-based practice. COMMUNITY
COLLABORATORS AND MEMBERS
The Performance Club provides its members with a community that caters for all of their performance needs at any one time in their life. By collaborating and building alliances with other organisations’ and expert professionals we work with a multi-skilled team incorporating, industry experts, business mentors, buddies, coaches, mental health nurses, counsellors, therapists, psychologists, and psychiatrists.
The Performance Club recognises that trust is a fundamental part of engaging with its members. A safe, open and trusting environment will be made possible by strict confidentiality undertakings from participants and practitioners from the outset.
