'utilising psychological expertise to enhance organisation and individual mental health, performance and wellbeing'
CONSULTANCY- WHERE PEOPLE MATTER
The Performance Club is a consultancy with the mission of assisting organisations to enhance the well-being, mental health, and performance of its employees. A unique consultancy service, the first of its kind, bridging the gap between professional development and mental health by working with organisations to design and implement innovative and engaging well-being strategies that are meaningful and holistic.
Utilising expertise from a range of disciplines, including leadership, psychology, and neuroscience, the ethos behind The Performance Club is the recognition that performance is affected by more than just the workplace.
Our values are entrenched in creating healthy human systems within organisations which are putting mental health, well-being, and performance at the top of the agenda.
We believe everything starts with self-awareness - only then can we truly become the very best version of ourselves.
As workplace well-being and performance consultants, we aim to provide a bespoke service to organisations. Our services range from stepping into a consultative 'Head of Wellbeing' role to delivering coaching and training.
We specialise in the delivery of online mental health ally, compassionate leadership, and line manager training, as we can deliver all of your wellbeing requirements, including onsite mental health support services.
All delivered by a clinician or subject expert.

'Human beings are amazing - like super complex, but wonderful. The fact we have this supercomputer in our heads - yet we haven't even begun to recognise it's potential fills me with great excitement. Let me put it another way - given we have come so far without knowing much about the brain, can you imagine what we could do it we did?'.
If you would like to collaborate, or you'd like Stacy to speak at one of your events, please get in touch.
