Stacy is an award-winning mental health practitioner, performance coach, speaker, trainer and consultant, who has worked alongside organisations, executives and leaders in roles within a wide range of fields.
She founded The Performance Club after years of observing that the key to positive mental health and sustained performance was self-awareness. Observing that the world was becoming more and more demanding, intolerant and struggling with the management of the human condition. Through education and guidance, Stacy brings The Performance Club to organisations to enable them to develop employees through engagement, responsibility, and the empowerment of the self.
Stacy has over 20 years of frontline experience working in roles within the NHS, and has owned her own performance consultancy for the past six. There is nothing she has not seen or worked with, and her continued learning and development demonstrates her passion and drive to understand the human condition, in order to educate, contribute and support both organisations and individuals.
Stacy is seen as an expert in perfectionism, and the conservation of resources including locus of control, self-efficacy, and psychological flexibility are subjects of interest.
Stacy currently sits on the advisory board of Mad World Forum, and is a selection panel member and leadership mentor for the Inside Out Leaderboard. She is regularly asked to contribute to articles in industry publications and she enjoys writing articles for her blog and LinkedIn followers.
